Giveaway Rules

• No purchase necessary.

• Each giveaway will have eligibility listed: US, Canada or Worldwide.

• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

• Winners will be contacted via the email address they submit in the Rafflecopter or Giveaway Tools form.

• Winners have 48 hours to respond to the email to claim their prize.

• If winners do not respond within 48 hours a new winner will be chosen and the first winner will forfeit their prize.  

• Entrants agree to have their name announced on the form and the winners page of the blog in the event they win a giveaway.

• Joanie Loves Tchotchkes blog and its owner are not responsible in any way for shipment of giveaway prizes.

• If a prize is not received by the winner, Joanie Loves Tchotchkes blog will put the winner into contact with the product sponsor.

• Joanie Loves Tchotchkes and its owner cannot be held responsible for giveaway prizes not being received by winners. 

• Giveaways VOID where prohibited by law.
